Frequently asked questions.

What skills will my child learn?

Our program focuses on gymnastics fundamentals, including cartwheels, rolls, handstands, bridges, and strength-based movements. As they progress, children will also develop balance, coordination, flexibility, and confidence.

What should my child wear?

Comfortable, athletic clothing such as a t-shirt and leggings or shorts is recommended. Bare feet are required for safety. Avoid jeans, skirts, and clothing with zippers, buttons, or loose strings.

How many kids are in a class?

Class sizes are kept small, typically 8-12 children per instructor, to ensure individualized attention and a safe learning environment.

Does my child need prior gymnastics experience?

No prior experience is required! Our program is designed for all skill levels, from beginners to those looking to refine their technique.

What if my child is nervous about trying gymnastics?

Our experienced instructors create a positive, encouraging atmosphere to help each child feel comfortable and excited to participate at their own pace.

Will my child get one-on-one coaching?

While classes are in a group setting, coaches provide individualized guidance to ensure each child progresses at their own level.

What happens if my child misses a class?

We understand that schedules can be unpredictable. While we don’t offer make-up classes, our instructors ensure that each session builds on previous lessons, allowing kids to jump back in seamlessly.

Can parents watch the class?

To minimize distractions, classes are closed to spectators. However, we encourage parents to stay involved by checking in with instructors and celebrating their child’s progress.
